Who we are
FX Staffing Inc. is a direct-hire recruiting and career services firm based in Indiana. You can reach us any time at matt@fxstaffing.com.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, resume, work history, and anything else you send us when you apply to a role, join our candidate network, purchase a career service, or contact us about a search.
- Client information. Contact details and role requirements shared by hiring companies during a search engagement.
- Basic website data. Standard technical information such as pages visited and browser type, used to keep the site working and understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
- To evaluate candidates for roles and present them to hiring clients.
- To deliver the services you asked for, including resume, LinkedIn, and coaching work.
- To respond to inquiries and follow up about relevant opportunities.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
We do not sell your personal information. Candidate materials are shared with a hiring client only in connection with a specific opportunity.
Service providers
We use third-party tools to run our business — for example email, hosting, scheduling, and payment processing. These providers only receive the information they need to perform their service for us. Some pages on this site also link to partner tools, and those partners have their own privacy practices.
Cookies
This site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality and aggregate analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may work less smoothly if you do.
Retention and your choices
We keep candidate records for as long as they are useful for future searches, unless you ask us to remove them. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing matt@fxstaffing.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to the people who need it. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers by email.
